ABOUT ME

As a licensed real estate broker,  I have been in business over 23 years.  I am a certified e-Pro (Internet Professional), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).  I graduated from National Taiwan University, and received a Master's Degree in Education from Seton Hall University.   I am a member of Meadowlands Board of Realtors, New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Hudson County Multiple Listing Service and Garden State Multiple Listing Service.  I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate.  The areas I cover are Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Union, Passaic and Morris Counties.

I have won NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Awards 19 times.  I was one of the few realtors who received the Silver Awards for 1999,  2002-2005 & 2008.  In 2003, I also received the 10-year Distinguished Sales Award from NJ Association of Realtors.  I have been awarded the Salesperson of the Year 10 times at Neno-Rosa Agency since 1997 (1997, 2001-2005, 2007-2009, 2011).

As a Realtor, I help buyers find the home of their dreams.  I help arrange financing, schedule appointments with home inspectors, mortgage appraisers, termite inspectors and walk the buyers through the final inspection.  I am always there to answer questions and solve problems.
